Rusty Blackbird Euphagus carolinus
Flight call description A relatively high-pitched, husky "tchek". A lower "jhep" is given primarily by perched birds and only occasionally in flight. Less variable than other blackbirds.

Behavior Primarily a diurnal migrant. Gives flight call regularly while perched and in flight during the day. Not know to give flight call at night. Frequently sings in flight.
