Flight call description No known flight call. Has been documented to give a soft "cht" note in short diurnal flights.

Similar species Warbling Vireo gives a similar but higher-pitched call.
Behavior Primarily a nocturnal migrant but engages in redetermined migration. A nocturnal migrant has been documented giving this note during interactions with other birds while flying around an area of artificial lighting.
